Terms & Conditions

All appointments are made on a private, by-appointment basis. Booking a session through email, phone, or WhatsApp constitutes an agreement to these terms. Please share your concept, references, and preferred dates so an accurate quote and design proposal can be prepared.

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment and reserve the studio time. The deposit is credited toward the final cost of your tattoo on the day of the session.

If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Deposits may be transferred to a new date when at least 48 hours notice is given. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit.

Clients must be at least 18 years old with valid identification. No exceptions will be made, regardless of parental consent.

Design proposals are created based on your concept and references. Reasonable adjustments are included before the session. Significant changes requested on the day may affect the final price and timing.

Proper aftercare is essential for healing. Follow the provided aftercare instructions carefully. Gina Vargas Tattoo is not liable for issues arising from improper aftercare.

Photos of completed tattoos may be used in the portfolio and on social media unless you request otherwise. Let us know before your session if you prefer your work not to be shared.
